PURCHASE METHOD

TERMS OF PAYMENT

SHIPPING AND TAXES

In Italy, shipments are free for non-promotional items. The sale or shipment to countries other than ITALY is not carried out.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For the delivery of purchases, the Customer can choose his residence, his domicile, the address of the place of work, or the private address of a natural person of his choice; for security reasons, no shipments will be made to post office boxes. Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are free and are made by express courier GLS or DHL

Orders will be shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday excluding holidays and national holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the next business day.

The products will be shipped within a maximum period of 10 (ten) working days starting from the day following that on which the Customer sent the order to Aldo Castagna. Estimated delivery times for Italy and Europe vary from 1 to 5 working days; Aldo Castagna is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or due to force majeure. For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the order is required. If for any reason the package appears tampered with, the Customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund. due to the customer.

If Aldo Castagna is unable to deliver the ordered goods following the unavailability, even temporary, of the products, it will promptly notify the Customer, and in any case no later than 10 (ten) days, by e-mail. The amount already paid by the Customer will be reimbursed in the same way as when the payment was received.

 

RETURNS, CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Aldo Castagna intends to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn, unused and undamaged items, as well as accompanied by the relative invoice, can be returned for size change, or refund via IBAN within 10 DAYS from the date of receipt of the goods. .

Products purchased online cannot be refunded or returned to physical stores.

The delivery costs for returning the products are charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated; any cost incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable; the costs incurred by Aldo Castagna for any customs clearance of the returned goods will be reversed from the refund amount.

Aldo Castagna will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation for those returned products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
